Revenue Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our revenue management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through pricing and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, evaluate, implement, and continuously improve processes related to Revenue Management and Yield Management.
  • Maximize revenue by adjusting pricing and inventory strategies in line with market demand and competitor performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Implement an effective hotel inventory distribution strategy to maintain rate parity.
  • Manage online and offline inventory while balancing the organization's core business requirements.
  • Conduct competitive and demand analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with OTA platforms, negotiating deals and resolving conflicts.
  • Update and maintain hotel pages on OTA platforms, ensuring engaging content and maintaining consistent online presence.
  • Monitor and manage guest reviews to drive business visibility.
  • Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient business processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, annual budgets, and revenue forecasts for hotel performance.
