Job Description
The Director - Growth and Monetization is a critical role that will drive commercial revenue and partnerships across Luxury Fashion, Jewellery, High Street Fashion, E-commerce, and Watches categories.
This position will be responsible for generating revenue through media buying and solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global footprint of clients and the ability to negotiate and sell fully integrated programs and value.
They will also be expected to conceptualize new revenue streams and collaborate with editorial, CNCC, and Events teams for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop revenue achievement strategies for assigned categories.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to create revenue plans and monitor performance.
- Understand individual client needs and prepare solution-based packages.
- Conceptualize new revenue streams and collaborate with internal teams.
- Establish positive business relationships with external partners and advertisers.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Negotiation and selling skills.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem and media planning process.
- Well-rounded exposure to the luxury advertising business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fashion and lifestyle.
- Knowledge of global events around Fashion and Luxury.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Post Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- 13+ years of relevant experience.
