We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our sales and business development function. As Chief Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, and identifying high-growth markets and client opportunities.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires someone who thrives on building strong teams, closing high-value deals, and shaping business strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Driving B2B client acquisition across marketing and creative services
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Cross-functional collaboration with creative, marketing, and production teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within marketing, advertising, or digital agencies
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Deep understanding of marketing services (branding, digital, content, etc.)
