Financial Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to inform senior management decisions.
  • Lead the development of internal controls and risk management policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in managing audits and interacting with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
