Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Chief Financial Officer in Mumbai. The Chief Financial Officer will be in charge of monitoring financial planning, reviewing budgeting, and giving business strategic financial advice. Daily responsibilities include financial reporting, establishing financial plans to support company growth,IPO Management/Listing and maintaining compliance with financial and global business regulations. The position also requires close collaboration with upper management to assist successful decision-making and long-term planning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Experience with IPO Management & Lisitng ,Business Development globaly
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in the encapsulation or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance,CA,CS,LLB,Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
