Chief Financial Operations Manager

The Chief Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our banking activities adhere to international accounting standards and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze the gap between Ind AS and existing India GAP requirements.
- Prepare and present comprehensive analysis reports to the Management Committee for discussion and approval.
- Implement an Ind AS compliance accounting system, setting up necessary controls and procedures in core banking and other applications.
- Develop and deliver financial statements and notes to accounts/disclosures in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS standards.
- Evaluate and implement best practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
