Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company's financial strategy and planning. This role requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IPO Strategy & Execution:
    • This includes spearheading the IPO process from initial strategy to final listing.
    • Collaboration with investment bankers, legal counsel, and advisors is necessary for a successful IPO.
    • The CFO will lead the preparation of all financial documents required for the IPO.
    • An investor relations strategy post-listing will be developed to maintain relationships with the financial community.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy:
    • The CFO will formulate business plans to support long-term growth and expansion goals.
    • Financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and performance management will be overseen.
    • Strategic financial insights will be provided to the Board of Directors on capital allocation and profitability.
  • Fundraising & Corporate Finance:
    • Lead fundraising activities including debt, equity, and other instruments to support working capital needs.
    • Banking and treasury operations will be managed, including cash flow and credit facilities.
    • Mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships will be evaluated and advised.
  • Financial & Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Statutory, tax, and internal audits will be overseen, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
    • Internal controls and corporate governance standards will be implemented.
  • Operational & Cost Management:
    • Lead the finance team for efficient operations.
    • Cost optimization initiatives will be driven to enhance profitability.
    • Operational performance will be monitored, providing timely reports and analysis to management.
