Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial executive to join our team.
- Senior Executive/Financial Controller role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the company's financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and projections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow and control costs to optimize financial performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial software systems.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com) in any specialization.
- Postgraduate qualifications such as ICWA (CMA), MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA (in pursuing), or M.Com in any specialization.
