Job Title:

Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will manage financial audits, prepare financial reports, and guide strategic financial planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Evaluate tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and implement compliant strategies.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with auditors.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide insights for financial planning.
  • Monitor budgets and cash flow; perform variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • File statutory returns and manage tax assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on investments, capital structure, and financial strategies.
  • Supervise the accounting team and support their professional development.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and tax laws.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
