Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling tools, and other relevant software applications.
