The Chief Financial Officer will be in charge of monitoring financial planning, reviewing budgeting, and giving business strategic financial advice. Daily responsibilities include financial reporting, establishing financial plans to support company growth,IPO Management/Listing and maintaining compliance with financial and global business regulations. The position also requires close collaboration with upper management to assist successful decision-making and long-term planning.QualificationsStrong skills in Financial Planning and FinanceExperience with IPO Management & Lisitng ,Business Development globalyExcellent Analytical SkillsProven leadership and management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teamsExperience in the encapsulation or related industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance,CA,CS,LLB,Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
