The Area Director of Revenue is responsible for the efficient management of revenue streams, aligning with corporate strategies and brand standards. Key responsibilities include providing leadership on revenue accounting, business best practices, and technical accounting aspects.
Qualifications and Skills- A university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Area Director of Revenue, Cluster Director of Revenue or Director of Revenue
- Strategic orientation, good problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
A suitable candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth. An MBA would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel
- Ensure effective royalty accounting and invoicing processes
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing organizations to drive revenue growth
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
