Senior Hotel Revenue Optimizer

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Strategist to oversee the entire portfolio of hotels, including full-service and select-service properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue optimization, analytical skills, and experience working with large hotel brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize room and catering revenues for the entire portfolio of hotels
- Collaborate with team members, General Managers, and Directors of Sales to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry
- 2+ years of revenue management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management systems (Hilton GRO, Hyatt Pro, and IHG Systems)
- In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions
- Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security, and safety programs
