Revenue Manager/ Assistant Revenue Manager

Experience:· 2+ years of revenue management experience.· Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management.· In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis.· Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions.· Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, budget forecasting, and more.· Proficiency in using PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to implement optimal strategies.
Responsibilities:1.
Overseeing a set portfolio:· Take the lead in optimizing Room and Catering revenue for their set portfolio of hotels, including full-service hotels and selected hotels specializing in our specific brands.· Collaborate with their team members who, in turn, collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Front Office teams, across the entire portfolio.2.
Strategic Planning:· Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenues for their diverse hotel portfolio.· Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry.3.
Continuous Improvement:· Stay updated with the latest revenue management trends and technologies to ensure our hotels remain competitive.· Implement quality assurance programs and contribute to long-range planning.4.
Reporting & Data Entry:· Generate performance reports on key metrics and market trends.· Ensure accurate data entry into systems for pricing, availability, and performance tracking.· Develop real-time dashboards for tracking and monitor forecasting and budgeting data.
