Revenue Growth Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to oversee revenue management across international partnerships, focusing on strategic collaborations and profit growth.

This opportunity offers a chance to travel in India and abroad, interact with diverse partners, and undergo intense training orientation for optimal returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for our partners to maximize room sales and revenue.
  • Replicate the company culture in all actions undertaken on behalf of partners.
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to achieve revenue growth.
  • Assist the Founder in creating departmental revenue budgets and forecasts.
  • Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on market trends.
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with the Founder for all partners, ensuring executed sales strategies and supervising sales and marketing actions.
  • Learn and teach best practices of Revenue Management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
  • Maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and develop systems to grow business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing price and strategy suggestions to Commercial teams.

The ideal candidate should have a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes and a proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions.
