Senior Revenue Strategist

The primary objective of this position is to analyze and maximize revenue streams for all business operations. This involves maintaining high standards in Revenue Management, reviewing business performance metrics, and monitoring competitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing channels and key account production to ensure rate parity.
  • Review future booking patterns and evaluate trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with regions to develop strategies and establish goals and benchmarks.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.

This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in travel/airline/hotel industry, with 3-5 years in Revenue Management.
