Role: D2C Growth Associate (Shopify)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2–4 years (Fashion / D2C preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store & Merchandising

  1. Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for a seamless shopping experience.
  2. Upload and manage product catalogs, size charts, inventory, and seasonal collections.
  3. Collaborate with design & marketing teams to create engaging landing pages.
  4. Implement fashion-specific merchandising:
    "Shop the Look,"
    size/age collections, festive drops.

Revenue Growth & Conversion Optimization

  1. Drive CRO through A/B testing of product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.
  2. Increase AOV via upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and free-shipping thresholds.
  3. Set up abandoned cart recovery, retention, and loyalty/referral programs.

Analytics & Insights

  1. Track KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate.
  2. Analyze customer cohorts, seasonal demand, and product performance.
  3. Share actionable insights with leadership for growth strategy.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  1. Support festive campaigns, influencer drops, and collection launches.
  2. Ensure Shopify integrates smoothly with Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces.
  3. Implement SEO best practices for product pages and collections.
  4. Enable reviews & UGC to build trust in the kidswear segment.

Requirements

  1. 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify experience in D2C fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  2. Strong knowledge of CRO, merchandising, retention strategies.
  3. Familiarity with Shopify apps (ReConvert, Klaviyo, , , etc.).
  4. Working knowledge of GA4, Facebook Pixel, and marketing attribution tools.
  5. Analytical + creative mindset with an eye for fashion and user experience.
