About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented D2C Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business opportunities and scale our presence in the Courier & Logistics Tech industry. The role will focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales, client acquisition, and business development for enterprise and SME clients in Mumbai and Western India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new D2C and B2B clients across logistics, courier, and e-commerce segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, and customer success) to deliver seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on logistics tech trends, courier solutions, last-mile delivery models, and e-commerce supply chain innovations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in D2C Sales / Client Acquisition / Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong background in Courier, Logistics, 3PL, Last Mile Delivery, or E-commerce Logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage sales funnels, lead generation, and closures independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create sales strategies and business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within Logistics / Courier / Supply Chain / E-commerce industry.
