Role Overview

As a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions such as Marketing, Growth, Design, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience. You'll act as a true partner to the business, ensuring we bring in individuals who match both the
skills and culture
needed to thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies – tapping into LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and industry databases.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless hiring journey.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine employer branding and strengthen the company's positioning in the talent market.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and provide regular reports.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably within
    consumer brands, startups, or D2C companies
    .
  • Proven experience hiring across digital marketing, growth, brand, product, and operations functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with ability to map niche talent pools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Passion for the consumer/D2C ecosystem.
