Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Manager, located in Mumbai. The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting insurance solutions, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and to address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating contracts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
