Revenue Management Executive

The main objective of this position is to analyze and maximize revenue opportunities across all business channels. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in revenue management, who can maintain high standards, review performance metrics, and develop strategies to drive growth.

Job Description:

This role involves analyzing short- and long-term forecasting data to identify trends and patterns in group inventories and rates. You will also monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and other production metrics to ensure effective distribution support and rate parity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review future bookings and evaluate market trends.
  • Update distribution channels as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth, establish performance benchmarks, and measure results.
  • Monitor the competition weekly to stay informed about emerging trends and selling strategies.
  • Explore and implement market mix variations that stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Maintain software programs contributing to revenue management, assist with implementing revenue management basics and standards, and document action plans.
  • Foster a culture of revenue management across all departments and develop succession planning for revenue management talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions, including research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations, and yield management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as statistical and competitive analysis.
