About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to join our team in Chennai. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the region and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to enhance business performance and increase market share
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets and exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Key Account Management and Marketing, to achieve set objectives
  • Analyze the territory and identify opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Negotiate with customers to win business and provide exceptional customer service

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on driving business growth and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
