Regional Sales Director

Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd (Virtuous Resources) is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead the sales strategy for our South region.
About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase assets under management within the assigned region. This role involves managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and adapting sales strategies to meet evolving market trends and client needs.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial products and the asset management industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the region's specific needs, aiming to achieve annual revenue targets and expand assets under management.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services.
- Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion: Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of our asset management products and services, focusing on expanding assets under management through strategic initiatives, such as new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven Track Record: 8-10 years of experience in asset management or financial services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and the asset management industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹40 lakhs to ₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
