About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will support our company's objective to manage customer relationships, grow market share and revenue, and achieve financial objectives set by senior management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to effectively cover all accounts within the assigned territory, managing existing customer accounts, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Grow the territory in revenue and market share, achieving sales targets;
  • Develop a sales plan that efficiently covers all accounts within the assigned territory;
  • Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and close additional sales opportunities in our existing customer base;
  • Prospect for new opportunities and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory;
  • Learn and implement the Markem-Imaje sales process, including all procedures and policies;
  • Operate prudently and within expense guidelines;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the Markem-Imaje customer relationship management database.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with:

  • Good operational knowledge of our products and services offered;
  • Experienced level of selling, sales forecast, and negotiation skills;
  • Good understanding of the market and competitors;
  • Experienced level of customer relationship management skills;
  • Ability to anticipate needs, sell, and build customer base;
  • Ability to look for data and understand the importance of metrics to drive business;
  • Experience in lead and funnel management;
  • Good communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Sales driven, results oriented, and a team player;
  • B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/BSc. preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Marketing Management from a reputed business school (full-time);
  • 8-12 years of sales experience in B2B environment, preferably from US MNCs engaged in packaging/end-of-line automation;
  • Previous experience in diverse industries will be preferred;
  • Should have exposure to the respective area and nearby territory;
  • Experience in Metrix process-driven MNC;
  • Should be passionate about traveling;
  • Good knowledge of written & oral skills in English & Hindi.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
