Lead HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in strategic HR partnering, with a proven track record of driving business results through people-centric initiatives.

This role involves collaborating closely with senior leaders to develop and implement human capital strategies that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will design and execute programs that foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and inclusion, while driving employee retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational performance through effective people strategies.
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
  • Influence organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and impact.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and inform future strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing strategic HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Bamboo HR.
