About This Opportunity

This is a high-profile role in our organization, responsible for driving both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and be able to drive strategic initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

The Total Rewards aspect of this role includes leading the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions. This will involve partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
