Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Strategic HR Leader to lead our Human Resources team in India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective people management, talent acquisition, and development.

This role requires a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our dynamic and ambitious team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive our growth plans in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
