Human Resources Deputy General Manager

This critical role spearheads the HR function for Quality and Operations functions at a leading manufacturing site.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic human resource partnerships to align people strategy with business needs, oversee employee relations and human resource programs.
  • Drive talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives, monitor budget planning and cost optimization.
  • Implement performance management systems, develop retention plans, create succession plans, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure learning and development opportunities, promote a culture of high performance and wellbeing.
  • Maintain harmonious labor relations, track productivity, and resolve employee grievances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years handling HR functions, preferably in Manufacturing setup.
  • Skills:
  • HR operations, industrial relations, understanding of labor legislations, strong business acumen.
  • Excellent management skills, analytical ability, and stakeholder interface.
