Job Description

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive the development and execution of talent initiatives that propel our success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for championing HR on the ground with employees and leaders, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can provide advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters.
  • Oversee and manage various C-level and other projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Build HR, administrative best practices, policies and procedures across various teams
  • Lead and build a professional HR organization.
  • Manage the company's risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio.
  • Provide proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
Requirements
  • 4 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced experience leveraging business and organizational insights in the enhancement of programs or processes.
  • Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
