Job Overview

Serve as a strategic business partner and key member of the leadership team, fostering collaboration and driving business growth through effective HR strategies.

">Responsibilities
  • Oversee generalist activities, initiate HR programs, and develop employee retention strategies to optimize location performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams and implement Human Resource strategies to enhance organizational impact.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of employee processes.
  • Drive team development, integrate HR functions, and promote cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute short- and long-term human resources initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to drive cultural transformation and align with core values.
  • Maintain open communication channels and develop employee engagement programs.
  • Work closely with the HR Center of Excellence to manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and subject matter expert to senior management.

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant HRBP experience in ITES/BPO industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
  • Able to identify and solve complex problems through system implementation based on industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR generalist responsibilities and industry standards.
  • Master's degree or higher (preferred).
