Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner, based in Aurangabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Partner will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting Real Value's loan products, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include evaluating client needs, providing financial advice, and achieving targets for loan disbursements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service
- Additional skills in financial advising, loan processing, and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with flexibility for remote working
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
