Job description

1) Partner Engagement & Recruitment:

  • Identify and onboard existing NJ Wealth Mutual Fund partners as POSP (Point of Sales Person) or BQP (Business Qualified Person) to initiate and expand insurance-related business activities.
  • Explain the benefits, process, and scope of the POSP/BQP roles effectively to ensure partner enrollment.

2) Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to devise and implement strategies for the development of insurance products within the branch.
  • Drive and monitor progress on recruitment and insurance sales targets.

3) Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with partners to promote long-term business growth.
  • Provide support to the POSP / CIA to achieve their goals.

4) Product Promotion:

  • Focus on the promotion and sales of both Life and Non-Life Insurance products.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of insurance products to guide and assist partners effectively.

5) Business Targets:

  • Achieve recruitment targets for POSP/BQP roles.
  • Drive the sales and penetration of insurance products within the assigned branch/region.

Location : Aurangabad - Jalna Road

Required Candidate profile:

  1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance product.

  2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written.

  3. Team handling experience candidate preferred.

  4. Must have Sales Attitude.

  5. Willingness to travel wherever required.
