Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience, located in Aurangabad. The HR Recruiter will handle the day-to-day tasks of identifying and hiring candidates for various positions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Proficient in screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Knowledge of the hiring process and ability to manage it efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
