We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive the domestic and Middle East division of our company.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in manufacturing setups, especially gems and jewellery or related industries, and bring a proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented approach to talent development, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400 employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational values.
  • Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and all MIDC and other required norms.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
  • Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans.
Requirements

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.
Education

An MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution is required.
