Hiring a seasoned Sales Officer for a leading Paint manufacturer in Pune. About the Role:

  • Achieving monthly sales objectives with desired business profitability.
  • Developing a tailored territory plan to achieve targets with sustained growth.
  • Utilizing sound technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and product details.
  • Providing accurate sales projections and indenting to avoid non-saleable stocks accumulation.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of competitors' product lines and pricing strategies.
  • Employing effective negotiation skills to maximize profits.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with end-users and accounts in the territory.
  • Staying up-to-date with market developments and new projects in the area.
  • Increasing customer base in a fluctuating market to ensure a steady influx of new customers.
  • Managing outstanding tasks effectively in the territory.
  • Submitting regular reports on individual contributions and overall performance as required by management.
  • Collaborating with the team, aiming to grow and take additional responsibilities.


Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc or B.E./B.Tech

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing of floor coatings or industrial B2B sales.
