Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for client engagement and retention.
  • Make 100-150 calls per day to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Achieve a target of 7-10 qualified leads per day.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Dial for campaigns focused on the North American market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals.
  • Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
