Overview

At Platina Software, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves building relationships with prospective customers, introducing our cloud applications, and educating them on the value proposition of our solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate discussions with prospects to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and manage relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively position our solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Achieve target revenue goals by leveraging strong relationships and effective positioning.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch and present our products and services.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and collaboration skills.
