Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to drive B2B sales of Innergy, our innovative mobile app solution, to SMBs and Enterprises in North America.
This remote role involves end-to-end sales ownership—from lead generation to deal closure—and offers high-value incentives for successful sales. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in Subscription based B2B sales of SaaS or mobile apps, preferably in the wellness or HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers, qualify leads and schedule demos.
- Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos, address client needs, and position Innergy as a key solution for workplace wellness.
- Deal Closure: Manage negotiations, finalize contracts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.
