We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at The Rolling Plate in Netaji Subash Place, North West Delhi. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual to excel in creating and closing new business opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts, and building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their applications, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
