We are seeking an ambitious Business Development and Lead Generation expert to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales. You will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support various sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
  • Outreach Strategies: Craft and execute outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, success rates, and insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a creative agency
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Developer
  • A strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
