We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at Vritti Solutions.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Onboard new clients for our Transit Media Audio Advertising Segment (Audiowala Busstand).
- Establish and maintain strong connections with A-category media agencies.
- Develop and leverage connections with FMCG, BFSI, and Consumer durable segments for advertising opportunities.
- The role requires a high level of sales acumen and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in radio or print industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25 lakhs to ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
