About This Role
  • We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Outreach: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers, manage relationships with existing ones, and build a strong pipeline of potential leads.
  2. Social Media and Content: Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  3. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and drive conversions.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  3. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
  4. Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
