Job Title:

We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Growth Specialist to lead business expansion and drive sales.

  • Strengthen partnerships with e-commerce platforms, owning growth discussions and driving sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Spot trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other categories.
  • Promote the product pipeline, ensuring faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
  • Drive exclusive opportunities for our brands (campaign slots, marketing banners, collaborations).
  • Nurture relationships with platform teams through consistent communication and PR efforts.
  • Provide insights back to the HQ – competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce growth / business development with strong exposure to e-commerce platforms.

They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and be a hustler who can think like an owner, chase results, and create impact.
