Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce QA Specialist to lead and manage our QA and automation teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.

They will also be responsible for overseeing QA processes for e-commerce platform integrations, performing performance testing, and conducting cross-browser and cross-device testing.

In addition, they will design and execute API testing workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage defect tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage QA teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira or similar tools.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in QA and automation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Additionally, you should be proficient in tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman, and have experience working with Agile methodologies.
