Job Title: Product Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Specialist to drive user engagement and retention for our innovative super app.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless user onboarding and feature adoption.

  1. User Onboarding & Adoption
  • Design intuitive onboarding flows (in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, tooltips)
  • Work closely with the CX team to resolve onboarding issues promptly
  • Monitor onboarding completion rates and identify areas for improvement
Feature Communication & Education
  • Develop structured release communication plans (in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, videos)
  • Translate complex product features into clear, concise messaging
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for consistent user education campaigns
User Engagement & Retention
  • Develop strategies to increase repeat usage, including gamification, challenges, and rewards
  • Monitor daily active users, monthly active users, churn, and feature adoption metrics – design interventions to improve them
Data & Experiments
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to enhance adoption and retention
  • Use analytics to track user journeys and identify drop-off points
  • Define and report key performance indicators to leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product growth or related field

• Strong understanding of user behavior and psychology

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
