Drive Demand Generation for Growth

Overview:

Our team seeks a strategic and growth-oriented professional to develop and execute demand generation plans across both outbound and inbound channels. This role will be responsible for implementing action plans, driving pipeline growth, and optimizing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end demand generation strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Lead the execution of webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and SEO-driven inbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM (Zoho), marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.
