Marketing Campaign Specialist

- Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience insights.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that incorporate industry best practices and leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
