About the Role:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Leading campaign performance analysis and continuous optimization for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitoring industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Partnering with external agencies or partners as needed to support campaign execution.
