Job Title: Closing Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to facilitate and achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of product details, sales scripts, and other materials prior to project launch.
  • Facilitate and achieve sales targets and forecast aggressively along with customer service management.
  • Attend to walk-in customers efficiently, explain project details, and answer customer queries.
  • Effectively handle customer negotiations and close deals.
  • Convince customers about various project features and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide an enriching experience for customers and conduct regular follow-ups as required.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visits.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes based on business requirements.
  • Update required reports and system data on a timely basis.
