Senior Sales Director

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive sales growth and optimize operations
  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure exceptional sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Design and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue
  • Lead a high-performing sales team – recruit, mentor, and guide employees
  • Elevate business processes, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with HQ to address operational, administrative, and strategic challenges
  • Develop a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivity
  • Pursue B2B opportunities.

We Are Looking For?

An experienced leader with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in fintech. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
  • A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions
  • Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner
  • Excel knowledge
  • Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
